I attended an appointment with Dr Jones at the MS clinic located within the Treatment Centre at Addenbrookes Hospital. My appointment was an incredibly positive experience, due entirely to Dr Jones' care, professionalism and medical expertise. Dr Jones made me feel at ease immediately. Dr Jones' warm and friendly nature was so comforting. During our appointment Dr Jones was patient, and answered any questions I had thoughtfully and in detail. I felt like if I had wanted, our appointment could have continued for as long as I needed it to. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience, and I am so happy to be in Dr Jones' care moving forward. Thank you.

Dr Jones was welcoming, discussed everything in detail, offered options, allowed me to make my own choice for a new DMT. Allowed time for me to talk and listened to my opinions, I did not feel rushed. Made me feel ay ease in a stressful situation. I could not have asked for better care.

Dr Jones was very patient with my questions and was good at explaining things, which helped a lot. I also felt like she took me seriously, even though I sometimes felt my questions were not very clever, she took the time to explain them anyway.
